He could very well win if Terrebonne Parish lives up to its recently revealed dubious status by the voter roll investigative team of Dr. R. Russ and Scanlon.
Who have identified as one of the parishes that have been most flagrant in not paying particular attention to illegitimate names on their voter rolls - along with Ascension Parish and Orleans.
