The reason you are getting the answers is bc in your title you have “ Tailgate Question”. So most will assume you will be tailgating on campus. Thus using cell data would limit your capability to run the devices you seek to run.
If you are not going to be on campus, can’t you just test the products at your house to see if it is possible to do what you want to do? Why wait until Saturday to test it?
Not trying to be a dick with answer. Years ago I bought the Tailgater from Dish. I set it up at my house before I went tailgating to make sure it worked and I knew how fast the set up went. It worked at my house and got a great signal. Therefore I knew it would work on campus before I got there.
