Yeah I have no idea what the grounds for approval would be. Maybe he will say super villain Will Wade pushed him out. Lol

There are tons of players who have transferred multiple times and didn't have to sit for a year. The NCAA makes these decisions in a seemingly arbitrary way and as usual, they have no basis for anything they do. Total clown organization.
