Can we stop Ga Tech??

They ran the bowl all over Georgia. We can't stop the wildcat, wildhog, wildrebel or whatever it's called. What makes us think we can stop their option game?

We were absolutely horrendous against the option in the Florida game.

Stopping the option requires very diciplined defense. We don't have that.

The tough part about playing the option is you never get to see it.

Having several weeks to prepare helps a lot.

The postive thing is we have a month to prepare. The negative thing is it probably doesn't matter how much time we have to prepare we'll still play bad.

In terms of talent, yes.

Based on the performance of the D this season, no.

Every once in a while when we would make a stop Alem would just punt the ball and give them another first down.

I noticed one of the Georgia defensive players use the Peveto shoulder tackle technique as the GT running back was treading just inside the sideline marker. He got the same results as Coleman and Hawkins. The runner went about fifty yards for a TD.
