Saw an interview with the son of Hamas leader who defected to Israel say that the best way to eradicate Hamas would be to gas the tunnels.
He may be right, but can you imagine the global reaction to Israel using chemical weapons?

I've watched some of the interviews he's done over the years. Worth the listen.

That should get some attention.

Two remarkable sentences in this speech by Saudi Prince Turki al-Faisal:
"I condemn Hamas for sabotaging the attempt of Saudi Arabia to reach a peaceful resolution” to the Palestinian plight.
"I condemn Israel for funneling Qatari money for Hamas"

1. Jews using gas on anyone? That's a no.
2. International law.
3. Practicality: you still have to go in and clear them, you don't want your own troops exposed.
4. Practicality: they comprise several levels and depths so you have to have a neutral in-air buoyancy AND still be able to place it.
5. Would be acknowledgement you possess such, and have stockpiles of such.
6. Retaliation- we know Syria has it, bet your arse Iran does too.
7. Practicality: can you imagine sitting there with a tanker truck pumping that in a hostile urban environment with eyes on you? One hand grenade, sniper, IED, etc. and you wipe out everybody nearby. Not to mention the drive in.
quote:I for one applaud both statements. And is a GREAT sign, and bat signal, that Saudi recognizes Iran's objective (so far succeeding) with all of this. Since they recognize it AND stated so publicly Iran's objective can be nullified and nullified whenever they want at a time of their choosing.

CIA, Mossad, and Shin Bet should be absolutely flooding the Saudis with intelligence right now. If you can't convince them with facts, dazzle them with bullshite.
