Quit using all that sanitizer. I haven't had a flu shot in probably 25 years. I take Zinc, Quercetin, D3+K2, C, Omega 3 Oil, Multivitamin, Tumeric everyday and rarely have the sniffles. My wife (no pics) is in cardiac health care at a hospital and around covid (common cold) patients weekly. She brought that sheet home in January 2021 and gave me the funk.
