Get morning sunlight directly in your eyes (no sunglasses) preferably at sunrise or within an hour afterwards - it’s free and can help reset your circadian rhythm. Try taking magnesium glycinate and 1-3 inositol supplements (on Amazon) about 30 minutes to an hour before bed.
