Penn really really hurt us this past week. Also, the four guys listed at the top of this list are a major reason why our defense has struggled so much thus far. Coaching sure hasn’t helped them either with their decision making.

The reality is that when there are this many players screwing up and it is team wide on that side of the ball, it is indicative almost entirely on something with the coaching. It doesn't absolve the players obviously, but does disappoint in the either quality or effort of the coaches on that side of the ball.
That is the scary thing. If one unit screws up, you can at least say "Well maybe we just need a change there". When the whole defense looks like this, it is all of the coaches on that side.

And Kelly had the nerve to say Weeks is learning the position. Looks pretty good to me. Only 2 mistakes to Penn's 10.
