talking to a dentist a while back about male dentists in an exam room with a female pt who receives conscious sedation for her procedure, and it's an 'unspoken' rule to have another assistant in with the male dentist in case he's accused of or engages in any inappropriate conduct.
I asked what if it's a female dentist and a male pt who had conscious sedation who was 'violated' does the male dentist need someone in there with him and he said, "a man wouldn't complain about it".

The two boys took videos of Berry before getting up to leave. She was identified after leaving her bank card and phone on the bench.
WTF? I can honestly say that at 13, if that happened to me, it would have been the best day of my life. I sure as hell wouldn't have told my parents and I would have told my friends and not one would believe me.
