The other option if there is Wifi in the hotel is you can turn your phone on airplane mode and only use it when you are on Wifi. This helps the battery last a hell of a lot longer, even a shite battery should go all day.

Really no excuse for the phone to die outside of your wife probably just being on it sending nude pics to Javier at the pool bar.
