Exactly or a major cyber attack ransom on major pipelines like what happened on the east coast within a month of Potato taking office. Stupid shite went on to say "just pay it," never thinking for one second the future ramifications.

We don't store refined petroleum in the reserves. If we lose the refineries we're fricked no matter how many barrels of raw crude we have in the SPR.
