Does this dipshit need Congress to re-stock or can the Potato unilaterally purchase crude like he unilaterally sold? And in the process he'll drive oil up $20/barrel overnight either way. This is why you don't play Trading Places orange market with our goddamn reserves.

It would smarter to refill the reserves when gas cost $2 rather than $5.
