This may not matter much to you, but as a professional and fellow coach it is the right thing for Miles to do. It happens with all coaching changes. He'll say something to the effect of "not seeing the progress that is expected", or that it "just wasn't working out." But you won't see Miles or anyone in the administration publicly bashing the coaches. It's called having a little class.
