Seems to have worked pretty well, and is about as relevant as what I had for lunch today. How many coaches have said "we'll get it fixed" and failed to do so? They are at least as relevant as the two you've managed to identify who did fix their teams' problems (none of which were created by the coach doing the fixing, unlike our situation).
