When has he addressed the problem? Saying "we'll get it fixed" is addressing it? bullshite.

If he were really going to fix the problem(s), he should be able to specifically identify what it (they) is (are), then outline specifically what he's going to do to fix it (them).

No, I'd rather he not create problems with stupid assistant coaching hires. Barring that, I'd like for him to recognize when he's created a problem, identify it, and fix it. So far, there's no evidence he's done any of this. Even now, with the season over, he won't admit that it was a stupid decision to promote Malveto to DC.
