Usually spelling. For some reason, when I am writing, my spelling is great. When I am typing, it just does not register. The spelling usually correct, but I doubt myself.

Someone else typed it in an email with two ls, and I did the one, even though two looked right. Autocorrect/spellcheck accepts both.
Apparently it’s mainly a difference from American/British English but either is correct. Just something that never registered for me and messed with my head for a moment when I noticed it.
