Prior to Bama, they played a Georgia Tech team that has barely converted from triple option, and fricking Tulane.

LSUs talent level is far beyond either of those.

...and they struggled with Tulane mightily.

Ole Miss hasn't played well yet. Their running game, which is what makes them a real threat, hasn't been good as of yet.

Now, we almost lost to Arkansas. So, expecting anything but a close game would be dumb, IMO.
