So they rigged it for the raiders to score and get a 2 pt conversion to make it a 1 pt game and then not score and then not cover the spread? That doesn't even make sense lol

What I thought was worse was accepting the penalty on the first made FG. Don’t take points off the board - had they declined they could have gotten the ball back with much more time.

They allowed the raiders to have a chance. If you think those 3 calls were ok you want flag football. That hit on garoppolo was mickey mouse garbage. I dont care who wins either way. Just watching. But how does 39 play that any other way?

What are you talking about? They allowed the drive to continue for the raiders to have a chance to win if they make a stop on defense. Forget about the spread. I wasnt even mentioning the spread

And they were at the 8 yard line. If you don’t get the 1st down, Pitt has to play super conservative and then prob punt from their own endzone giving you the ball at midlfield with 2 min left.

I don’t think it was as egregious as people are saying
You stop them on that first 3Rd down & you still have a TO and the 2min warning with about 2:12 left playing for the win

No clue. If you don't get the TD, they are pinned on the 4 and you can use the strategy of getting them to go 3 and out just like you were when you kicked the fg.

Y’all are assuming the 2pt conversion is good and they tie. Fact is they’ve been terrible at conversions and a FG takes that out of play.

I get it why he did I just don’t agree with it when your at the 9 yd line you go for it.
When you kick the FG you are banking on stopping them and getting the ball back. That didn’t happen. Well yea they got it back with 12 secs but that’s not what he wanted
