Steeples is still growing. It’d be foolish to give up on him. It’s his 2nd year at this level. He, like the entire staff, walked into a shitshow of a roster.

This coaching staff was put into an impossible situation at DB when they took over. These were the players on the roster
: They've done what they could in the portal and their own current crop of DB's they recruited on their own are just freshmen.
Defensive back is a 3yr position. Unless you are a complete stud, you really cannot expect much until that 3rd year.
