I don’t think there’s a case but I think it’s interesting and wanted to discuss it.
You walk into a public bathroom, you cannot have pictures yet you are in public. Why? Because you have the expectation of privacy in a bathroom despite it being a public bathroom.

For the last 20 years I have always assumed that theater's are monitored by ir cameras. too many perverts and wild arse high schools kids causing mischief to not monitor for safety and liability purposes.
