My idea when I learned of dress code change was show up dressed as a clown, For the clown show.

They should send Senators Marsha Blackburn and Susan Collins up there in thong bikinis and I bet they'd reverse the dress code ASAP.

Don’t see them dressing up as clowns because that isn’t how they see themselves.
Rand Paul is doing it right, dressing down to show the absurdity of the rule changes.
Showing up in cosplay, or football tailgate gear should be some thing we see next.
