Bypass all the services and find a good security company near them. The good ones offer same, but when you press the button it goes direct to closet EMT. Time is life, and the clock is running. 2 min is good, after 8 they are in trouble.

EMT to parents to best hospital. Good hospital means you an be dead 1/2 hour and come back. Bad EMT takes 6 min to 12 min just to reach them.
