#60 total Defense

Actually not that bad. 2019 defense wasn’t very good either.

The offense scored so quickly that the defense was always grabbing their helmets and heading back out into the field.

Those defensive stats are so skewed. We scored so much and so fast they were always running back onto the field and we would go up so much the starters would be out at half.

That defense was talented as frick and if we needed them to win a game, they would’ve been fine.

Disrespectful to compare the 2.

19' D had playmakers, who made plays on their way to winning all 15 games against a lot of good teams.

2019 defense was actually really good. Their success was glossed over by a once in a generation offense. Going back and just looking at the numbers don’t tell the story.
