Does JD ever audible or check out of a formation/play?. I don't know that I have actually seen him do it.

No , he can’t make simple reads in the run or pass game .

No, he doesn’t know how to read and analyze the defense, so calling an audible isn’t apart of his game

No, he runs with whatever play is called and if things don’t look good by the second second he runs.

The real question is does BK allow him or any quarterback to audible or check out of a play?

that goofy look that is plastered on his face looks like he comes to the game on the short bus, don’t think he has the mental capacity to do that

LSU has had one QB who was effectively able to do that. Most college QBs can’t.

There are very few college qb that are given audible power on every play.
