You can’t get positive takeaways from cupcake games. That’s just the nature of cupcake games. It’s why schools that play nothing but cupcakes aren’t invited to the playoffs.

I think the main thing is that we feel like Kelly is not playing the best players and is gonna do what he wants regardless of the results. He is untouchable with a 80 million dollar buyout and he knows it.

For me, absolutely nothing. This weekend means not a damn thing. Nothing they do this weekend should impress anyone or make anyone happy.
Let’s how they look vs Mississippi State and Arkansas and Ole Miss.
Let’s see if they hold them to under 24 points. Let’s see if they hold them to under 50% 3rd down conversion. Let’s see if they hold them to under 60% pass completion.

I can't think of anything besides position changes.
If the players are all the same and everything is magically better, "well, it's Grambling". Cautiously optimistic at best.
On the other hand, if they do some combination of:
Nuss playing significant snaps
Perkins moved back outside
OLine shuffle
*and* the team performs great, then people will start to feel more excited about the future.
But if you leave everyone where they are and the team does better, we still need to see it against a real opponent to believe.

Not having to go to a crappy game against an opponent we don’t care about but that’s not happening. So how about a blow out with both QBs taking snaps.

How about we run our offensive plays properly and stop having OLinemen running into each other, and our QB and Receivers throw and catch the ball on the move. Stop with the come-back passes. Send our big TE's deep down the hash marks for a change.

cupcake games like this absolutely nothing. We won't be happy until we play legit teams and beat them.
For elite programs like LSU, even a 50-point win against a team like Grambling means nothing.
All I'll be happy about is no injuries. That's it.
