re: A/C Evaporator Coil Replacement

I got lucky and had it done at cost ($1200) in July for a 4 ton evaporator coil. Friend of a friend helped us out. When his crew had me sign off, they were shocked at the price since they weren't aware of the deal made prior. They told me that'd typically be a ~$3000 install. Don't think it required much ductwork or sheet metal work if any at all.
