Mini LED TVs have good black levels but in reality, chasing black levels may be a waste of time. it really depends on the content you watch. Chasing blacks but giving up color gamut and brightness to get there is a poor compromise for most people.

I think it is sort of the combination of these two that are the real benefit of Mini LED tvs. If you are going to watch a really bright room, then yeah LED Tvs might have the edge at extreme brightness when it comes to color reproduction.
Otherwise give me the infinite contrast of the OLED display in most normal settings and especially in dark rooms.
Also factor in the wider viewing angles for OLED displays as well.
So it really depends on your setup.
