So basically we didn't play hard or with an edge. How the frick are our guys not fired up to play a top 10 game to open a season? None of it makes any sense.

I don't know but you could see it. Just trotting around the field. Most glaring example was on a 4th and short and Perkins could have crashed in and stopped the QB, but he just watched and stood there. Team looked soft as Charmin.

Too much emotional control that manifested itself to the team playing passive.
You have to be more disciplined but at the same time this is a football game not a business meeting. Play with some emotion and act like you give a damn. Can't let the other team push you around, knock your guys out of bounds and you have no response. Where is our fight?
