Not really. It is just TV payouts they won't get. They still get the bowl cut and increased gates from the ACC. They will actually make more than the AAC total payout.

This is correct.
One thing of note is that now that you have teams like Stanford and Cal coming east to play ACC teams, they will instantly have more viewers, and are likely to generate more west coast viewers. If you're living in Palo Alto as a casual sports fan, you probably weren't watching Stanford and Oregon, but you will probably watch Stanford and Florida State at 3PM Pacific.

I've heard donors guaranteed them 200MM to get into the ACC as well.
