Honestly pro football. Never looked back after initial withdrawals on Sundays. NBA and MLB were very easy.

This thread is pretty eye opening. I quit alcohol for a little over a year. It was pretty tough. I drink now, but no hard stuff ever.
I do not understand the Afrin thing. I use it before bed so I can breath every night. That plus a Claritin keeps the snoring to a minimum. I had no idea it was some addictive thing. But I am addicted to breathing. I can't breathe without it. And I have had 2 surgeries on my septum and it still isn't right. But I heard from a drug rep that only about half of those surgeries work. But what do I know.
