Are there people being arrested for "wrongful" opinions on the earths shape?

Find me a criminal charge for having a “wrongful opinion.” You can’t, because it doesn’t exist. No one is getting arrested for having an opinion. That’s a ridiculous mischaracterization, oversimplification, and is just fear mongering, victim complex, whiny nonsense.

Isn't this the entire premise behind Trump and his associates being charged? The accusation being that they "lied" about election fraud. How are they able to prove that he lied? That was my original point.

Also, I have read many of the J6 Judges final statements before sentencing. They often include language along the lines of "based on lies" or "wrongfully believed the election was stolen". Again, aren't these juat subjective opinions? If they are indeed objective truths, then my origial OP question should stand, how do you prove it?
