The process itself was the crime. This happened, and not s conspiracy. Rules were changed outside of the legal framework. This was illegal but was never able to be prosecuted.
Every mail in vote in PA should have been considered illegal.

Dozens of partial audits in a system of thousands of precincts. That does not inspire confidence in a system that is generally not transparent and not fully auditable.
A system re-design around those 2 principles would avoid all questioning. Elections would be accepted without a fuss and a J6 type situation would never occur.
Americans deserve the best and most credible systems. So why aren't we getting them?
Corruption is the only reasonable answer.
