For the money the Holosun series are hard to beat. Also, Sig has a simple one called MSR which can be found on sale for $70-80 and works well. It does not have shake awake but a dial you turn on and off as needed but still has like 20K hours of run time.

I would stay away from the MSR. I had one that dies in 6 months. Sig replaced it under warranty and the replacement lasted 7 months. I didn't even bother to get another one. I had it on a .22 SW M&P Ar22. Sat in the safe except for 3 outings to shoot. total POS optic.

You usually get what you pay for. I will add holosun to that exception. I have 6 Holosun optics. I have 2 on carry guns and normally wouldn't trust a "budget" optic on a carry gun but they 507\EPS line is fantastic and extremely durable.
