If you can get those pans with the nice locking foil lids it would be great. Also, understand it is going to cook a touch in the pans if you keep it really hot, so pulling the pasta just a touch wet and al dente may keep you in good shape.

Or cook as you normally would and place in pans, let cool, then just warm in oven of where you are going? Either way, pack lots of chopped green onions for folks to put over the top. I love green onions and layas.
