People who have no work ethic and suck at contributing to society finds a way to skate the rules. More news at 8.

It’s infuriating. There is a sensor that tells him how many vehicles they serve so they can pull up to get away from the sensor.

I rarely eat fast food, but on the occasions I do, I never pull up. That's an immediate demand for a refund. This apparently fricks up there metrics and usually really irritates them. If everyone did this, pull up and wait would stop being a thing.

McDonald’s in Gainesville last year, I got yelled at for coming to the counter to pay bc the kiosk payment machine was broken. I saw nothing but red.

Lack of entry workers due to:
* many moving up to higher paying jobs (and they aren't qualified) but they need workers too,
* many people retiring causing a lot of openings,
* govt still handing out the free candy thru legit things as well as gaming the system,
* many business models weren't built on entry level worker getting benefits (bc it's their start),
* many businesses can't afford to pay higher wages to pay workers bc you and I don't want it passed off to us as higher prices,(refer to the recent threads complaining about fast food prices and service)
* food supplier costs have went up a lot and businesses can't absorb that cost so consumer has to pay it. FACTS
* so when you add all that up, we have less employees now and they have zero motivation taking the place of more capable people who just left.

Read a survey that stated that entry level workers know they don't have to work unless they get about $14.45/hr. Otherwise they are wasting their time working bc the govt got their back. When you add all that up it ends up being a tough situation to be in as any type business owner. John Q Businessman just wants to be able to open and close for regular hours and not be held hostage by a minimum wage worker. They could make Min Wage $15 and WE WILL PAY the increases if we want said products. We have a mess on our hands.

It was well established in Ferriday, La in 92. I stopped to get Milk Shake.

Common denominator.

Culture change from when I lived there in earlier years.

Burger King is terrible. If there is a metric tied to it, I'm sure corporate knows their gaming the system.

Actually our local BK is very good. Never have to pull up and food is always fresh.

Wendy’s never have to pull up but food is cold half the time.

McDonald’s is fresh but like you said that have designated pull up parking spots.

It became normal when the government decided it was a good idea to pay you more to be unemployed than employed. People got used to free money and won’t go back to reality.

Businesses took advantage and started going minimal crew therefore it takes longer now. Nobody to blame but the American people.

Stopped at a McDonald’s in Biloxi that actually had 3 windows, they’ve solidified the practice there.

One of the best Quarter Pounders I’ve ever had though, must be working.
