Jordan Jefferson will get the start. The locker room will be behind Jalen Lee when he struggles but Brian will hold true to his morals and keep Jefferson in the game. It will prove to be the correct decision as Jordan Jefferson will return the game clinching fumble for a TD en route to a 21-0 victory.

Wingo was always Smith’s backup Guillory is the other starting tackle.

We know now that Wingo was working at both tackle positions not because he was the backup at both, but because he would be needed to start in Smith’s spot against FSU before sliding over to the other slot when he returns.

LSU has not released a depth chart

Our D line is dominant. It won’t matter. We are beating FSU by at least 14 Their OL sucks

That depth chart was made by someone who posts here & is based on their opinion.

I’m not sure why Scotcho decided to make a version of his depth chart to exactly match LSU’s format. It is very misleading

Maybe a better way to say it is that Wingo is an every down DT and Guillory is primarily a run stuffer. One of the challenges is that Jordan Jefferson, now #3 DT, is also a NT like Big Tank.

Wingo did more in his sleep than Smith has done on the field.

Savion @ DE
Guillory @ 0-1 tech
Wingo @ 3 tech
Oghoufo @ Jack

When Smith returns, he plays 3 tech and Wingo returns to the middle. That's how I see it.

Wingo has shown he can play anywhere on the DL in college, we even saw him getting sacks playing 5-technique last season.

Definitely see them playing multiple fronts. Keeping an eye on Swinson at Jack on 3rd downs.

Or at least, that’s what most people on this board must think based on the panicked reaction around here.

I mean i don't think its panicked reaction.
It's just Mason Smith is a first round draft pick
It hurts if you lose him. We will still be ok but to act like it isn't a big deal is just not true.

What rule in soccer says you have to play 10 v 11 if a player is injured?
