They sent me a box and prepaid label and an absolute baw called me when it got to the manufacturer, talked me through what he was going to replace and then said "theres another minor issue some guys have reported so I'm going to fix that too even though you haven't had the same problem." We went on to talk duck hunting for like 20 min. I had my gun back at my house within four days of shipping it. That is some pretty unmatched customer service and that sort of thing goes along way in my book.

I have heard lost of cases like this. I am not shopping for a gun right now, but if i were, i would probably get one.
