In the right college offense maybe he may have been explosive, like playing in a RPO, spread or something, but yeah with Miles that's not gonna happen. 
But that's college football for Shepard, the pros had him pegged right by converting him into a WR because that's all he would have amounted to in the pros. Shepard was basically another Antwaan Randle El.
