Shep wasn't under utilized, he was actually over utilized and should have had less carries and plays at RB/ WR. Skill wise he was similar to Jontre Kirklin. He took away plays in which we had better players who should have had those reps. The move to WR was the best thing that ever happened to him and enabled him to have a NFL carrier.
