Same with people who only smoke cigars and frown on people who smoke cigarettes.
Cigars have exponentially higher levels of nicotine than a cigarette.
Also these smoking threads always highlight excessive and extreme amounts of smoking. It’s always the daily smokers who smoke over a pack a day or people that haven’t smoked in 20 years.
Never is there a mention of someone who smokes socially with some drinks. Same with alcohol, there are people who are social drinkers and the same people also smoke only when they drink.

Started at 14, quit at 72. 58 years. 2-3 packs a day. Doctor suggested a lung scan due to my smoking history. Found cancer in my left lung, stage one. Surgery removed a 2" by 3" piece of my lung. Never smoked again. Still cancer free almost 5 years later.
