I quit with zyn/on pouches. I know a lot of people on here shite on zyn but it worked for me. I was somewhat successful with nicotine patches at first but occasionally I would forget to put one on in the morning and by the time I'd get a craving it was too late for a patch. After a few relapses I tried zyn and I like it. I've been cigarette free for 6 months and I only use the pouches 2-3 times a day now so a pack lasts me over a week. They don't taste or smell bad, they're easy to hide (you can't tell if I have one in my mouth), they don't get stale or go bad. I really don't see any downside to them
