I think oline and dline is better. What separated the 2019 team was how much they improved as season went along. They didnt look like world beater against a not real good team

Bruh, what are you smoking...
Lsu scored 55, 45, 65, 66, 42, and 42 their first 6 games of the season. That's 52.5 ppg to start the first half of the season including 2 sec teams.
They finished the regular season, with all 6 teams being SEC west schools with scores of 36, 23 (sloppy rain game), 46, 58, 56, and 50. So a run of 6 sec west schools and LSU still averaged 44.8 ppg.
Then they went into the post season scoring 37, 63 and 42 points on SEC east champ Georgia, Big 12 Champ Oklahoma and ACC champ Clemson. That's 47.3 ppg against 3 of the 4 best teams in the country to that point.
LSU curb stomped everyone they played in 2019 (auburn was outgained in yards like 3 to 1).
It's hard to get better as the season progressed when you were literally the most prolific offense in college football history from start to finish.

The 2019 championship team started out the season with impressive wins. The Texas QB Ellinger was elusive, a very good college QB.
