These usually don’t come together. You can get cheap or you can get skilled. As someone who’s dad used to paint homes for a living, I’ve seen skilled and it doesn’t exist with the Hispanic labor today.

I could not disagree with you more… in texas we use Hispanic labor a lot …. Tend to get very skilled professionals and their trade come up here and work.. I have seen amazing quality.. I do not pick up labor outside lowes…
Was in Tyler texas for a while and i had to get work done … paint .. electric.. I saw a significant drop in they quality of work and increase in price when John showed up instead of Jose.
