The next shade of the 2nd tier of highest growth is the middle colored blue states, of which there are 6 of those are as follows:
UT - Red
AZ - Blue
GA - Blue
TN - Red
NC - Red
DE - Blue
So is it not 9 of the top 12 highest growth states are red states?
