Louisiana is descending to the level of shitty-ness of West Virginia where half of a very small state population is on some kind of government assistance and hardly anybody works a real job.

It won’t be long before all of the younger generations move out and the remaining population is elderly people who were too poor to move out alongside the ghetto people who commit all of the violent crimes.
