Quick glance also, every one of the dark blue/biggest increases are red states.

All but 4 or so of the yellow decreases are blue states, but if you did it by population, I imagine the blue states would have wayyyyyyyy more than the yellow decreasing red states.

Everything else in the middle seems somewhat equal, but those on the extremes are seemingly very slanted towards decreasing blue states and increasing red states.
