Ended up doing it the traditional way, because I didn’t have a good recipe and all day to do it.

Don’t know what people shite on trying to cook it in a pressure cooker. I agree it would not be the same, but sometimes people don’t have the time to cook it the traditional way.

A pressure cooker doesn't really shave much, if any time off, and the results would be inferior to just cooking it in a cast iron pot.
