Not what I heard.
Yea I just assumed they were going to let it grow out a little after the verticut and then cut them before the tournament, but I am no agronomist. With the heat and lack of rain they may not need to. But I will say, the new irrigation system has been a huge success so far. The course is in some of the best conditions its ever been in. Fairways are lush bright green throughout.
