Watch out for SMU. I was told by an older alum who's somewhat involved that I can "go to Vegas on it", in regards to Simmons attending SMU. They're really making their case by promising to take care of his little brother and mother.
And I say this as someone who would love it if Colin went to LSU as well.

Laugh all you want. When asked if there was a dark horse recently he answered SMU. So if the recruit himself saying to watch out for a school isn't good enough for your dumb arse then idk what is. His profile picture is literally his brother draped in an SMU flag. If you don't think SMU is prepared to outbid Texas then...

He would hardly get any exposure at SMU compared to any SEC school.

He hasn’t even visited SMU that I’m aware. SMU has as much of a chance with Simmons as I do with Olivia Dunne.
Texas is running up the numbers. LSU hasn’t flinched so far.
