Having a pool helps too.

Cut the grass, jump in the pool
Weed and edge, jump back in the pool

Got on the roof this morning to clean the valleys before hurricane season gets cranked up. Went up at 8am and down just before 9am. Been sitting in my chair in the AC for almost. 30 trying to recover.

Better not crank up that gas powered backpack leaf blower. I’d come out in my pajamas to confront that.

And I would laugh, wave and finish blowing the driveway.

It’s just all the dew on the grass early in the morning that makes such a clumped up mess.

and get your arse to church.

Or do something actually helpful to humanity like volunteering for a cause instead of literally wasting time on your knees thinking really hard.

I’ll never understand the atheist mentality to just look down on people who choose to have faith in their lives. You don’t want to believe in anything, that’s cool.

Going to church and praying has helped a lot of people overcome hardships in their lives and helped them be the best person they can be. Whats wrong with having something like that in your life?

Athiest used to just mean someone without religion. Now it means someone who is Anti-religion and goes out of their way to bash it. It's pretty cringe.

If my neighbor wakes me up by mowing too early, I’m leaving my barking dog outside all night as payback

You are going to call the police on someone cutting their grass?

lol let me know how that conversation goes.

EF: “ hi I need to report a crime”
Police: “what is the crime sir?”
EF: “my neighbor is cutting his grass”
Police: “sir that’s not a crime”
EF: “it’s interrupting my morning coffee!”
Police: “Yes sir. I understand, but that’s not a crime”
EF: “but it’s 7am!”
Police: “There is a heat advisory, a heat index of 112 and no crime is being committed. Have a good day sir.”

I presume this is a city noise ordinance issue. If an ordinance is being violated, the violator can be cited.

Again, do you think the police are going to waste their time dealing with a neighbor dispute because someone cut their grass an hour early on one of the hottest days in the history of the state?

Anyone calling the cops on a day with a heat advisory because someone is cutting their grass an hour early is the problem.

No it doesn’t. That’s just the strawman some people build to feel superior to an entire group of people based on their beliefs (or lack thereof). It’s fundamentally the same attitude that the “cringe atheists” have. Congratulations on being no better than they are.

One of the best things about living way out in the country is being able to cut grass whenever I want to. Nearest neighbor is nearly a mile away and can't hear the mower.

When the weather turned into hell I walked over to my neighbors house and asked if would bother them if I started mowing at 6:30 a.m. to beat the heat. They said no problem and I did and still do.
